Terms and Conditions for the Life and Soul Purpose by Beata Dzwigol 12 Croissants IAM Course 

Please read carefully. By enrolling, you confirm agreement to these terms and conditions, which are binding under UK law for all participants regardless of nationality.

1. Intellectual Property and Course Usage

• The 12 Croissants IAM Course it is an original creation based on channelling by Beata and Jarek Dzwigol. 
• The course remains Beata’s and Jarek’s Dzwigol Intellectual Property with full copyright and ownership. Course content is protected by intellectual property rights (IAM), Ascended Masters.
• The course is accredited by professional body THE SWA Spiritual Workers Associations
• You agree not to:
  • Teaching or sharing course content without Beata’s prior written consent.
  • Incorporating any course materials into other teachings, lectures, or presentations.
  • Copying, recording, or sharing course materials with non-participants.
  • Using any recording or tracking devices during the course sessions.

2. Agreement and Accountability

• Participant Responsibility: By enrolling, you agree to uphold ethical standards regarding the course material and to take full karmic and personal responsibility for any misuse, unauthorized sharing, or unethical actions.
• Refrain from alcohol and drugs for 24 hours before and throughout the course.
• No meals to be eaten or no alcohol to be consumed while attending sessions. The 30 min lunch break will be provided during the session. If you need to eat before or after the lunch break for a medical reason this is ok.
• Be patient and respectful with others
• The effectiveness of the course depends on the student’s commitment. By following guidance and working diligently and sincerely, students are likely to see significant progress in their lives. 
• Confidentiality: To support the depth of the healing process, you agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding the content and others experiences shared within the course.

3. Course Structure and Participation Requirements

• Course Schedule:  The course consists of 14 online sessions, each lasting 5 hours. The start day will be determined based on the course option selected by the participant.  
• Attendance:
  • Full attendance is required for certification.
  • Joining via an active camera and microphone is compulsory. 
  • All participants must ensure a reliable internet connection for Zoom access.
• Session Recordings: Sessions will be recorded for Beata’s review only. If a session is missed, recordings will not be available, but a private 1:1 session can be scheduled for a fee of £350.
• Illness: Attendance with a working camera is required even if unwell. Completion of all 14 sessions is mandatory for certification. 
• No Refunds: Once started, you are committed to complete the course. Choosing not to finish will result in a forfeiture of payment.

4. Required Setting and Preparation

• Environment: A quiet, private, and undisturbed space is essential. The course is based on work and healing in meditative state, you should be alone. Allowing yourself being distracted will result in poor results on your course.
• Timing: Arrive 10 minutes before the session start time. Late arrivals will not be allowed to join. It is highly advisable to check your computer, and internet connection 30min before the class starts.

• Required Materials:
  • 2 large journals
  • Pens and a pencil
  • Matches or lighter
  • Yellow candles (e.g., tealights) and candle extinguisher
  • A pendulum and head-sized mirror

 5. Additional Consultation and Assignments

• Consultation: Each participant may request one free 1-hour consultation during the course.
• Homework: Weekly assignments are required and must be submitted by Wednesday 12pm GMT, on the designated platform.

6. Refund and Rescheduling Policy

• Non-Refundable: The course fee is non-refundable, non-transferable, and rescheduling to a different course is not permitted. Serious life issues will be considered.
• Instructor Rescheduling: If Beata is unable to conduct a session due to unforeseen circumstances, sessions will need to be moved to a different time suitable for everyone. 

7. Booking and Payment

• Booking Confirmation: Payment is refundable up to 30 days before the course start date, less a £350 cancellation fee. After this period, refunds will not be provided. 
• Final Payment: The full payment or reminding balance must be paid via Stripe and received in our account no later than 10 days before the course start date. Failure to complete the payment by the specified deadline may result in removal from the course roster.
• Payment should be the exact amount listed, with the participant covering any currency or third-party transfer fees.

8. Health and Wellness Responsibility

• Medical Clearance: It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure they are in good health to participate in course, including meditation and light physical exercises.
• Disclosure: Health concerns must be disclosed prior to enrolment. Life and Soul Purpose by Beata Dzwigol reserves the right to advise against participation if there is a risk to physical or psychological health.
• Pregnancy: Women between 12 and 28 weeks of pregnancy will be asked to provide a doctor’s note confirming positive mental state and fitness for course activities. 
• Serious mental health such as schizophrenia, deep depression or other similar illnesses are strict contraindications to join the course.
• Beata doesn’t take responsibility for non disclosed mental health issues of the participants. While the issue arise the attendees will be asked to leave the course with no refund, or rebooking option.
• Pre-requisite:  The participant 
  • must be in good mental health to participate in the 12CroissantsIAM course
  • must be a good user of computer and internet
  • must have access to the good internet and up to date personal computer with working camera and audio devices
  • must be able to write in communicate clearly in English (if course provided in English language) or in Polish (if the course provided in Polish language)

9. Cancellations by Participant

• Cancellations must be requested in writing via email. Upon confirmation, refunds (if applicable) are processed within 28 working days.
• Late Cancellations: If cancellation occurs within 29 days of the course start date, the deposit of £350 is non-refundable. Transfers to other individuals are allowed with full payment.

10. Amendments by Life and Soul Purpose by Beata Dzwigol

• Life and Soul Purpose by Beata Dzwigol reserves the right to modify class times or other course details as necessary. If changes occur, participants will be promptly notified.

11. Liability and Disclaimer

• Life and Soul Purpose by Beata Dzwigol will make every effort to deliver course services as advertised. However, we are not liable for unforeseen events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, war, technical issues, participant illness, or urgent travel disruptions).
• We accept no responsibility for physical injury or emotional release psychological that may arise during or after participation in the course.

12. Complaints

• Complaints in the first case should be directed to the course leader immediately. Please note, we are not responsible for the behaviour of other participants.

13. Legal Disclaimer

• The course content is intended for informational and spiritual growth purposes. For decisions based on the course, consult directly with Life and Soul Purpose by Beata Dzwigol.

14. Privacy Policy

• Personal data will be used solely for course delivery. We do not share participant information with third parties.

By making the payment, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions as stated. I accept full personal responsibility for my actions, the quality of my participation, and any outcomes from engaging in the 12 Croissants IAM Course.
